The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in procurement, strong managerial skills, and the ability to work effectively with teams to optimize purchasing operations and ensure project success. Key Responsibilities: -Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely acquisition of materials and services. -Oversee supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management to maintain high-quality standards. -Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to forecast material needs and align procurement with project timelines. -Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations. -Monitor market trends, analyze costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. -Lead and mentor the procurement team to enhance performance and efficiency. -Resolve procurement-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress. -Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, supplier agreements, and inventory levels. Qualifications & Requirements: -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. -Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement within the construction industry. -Strong managerial and leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a procurement team. -In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier evaluation. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project efficiency. -Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
