IT Infrastructure Specialist Destiny Talent Solutions Our client is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join their team in Jordan. The role involves providing 2 nd-line support to customers in the UK and other locations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests in line with SLA and ITIL standards. Key responsibilities include designing and managing IT infrastructure solutions, implementing security policies, and participating in a 24×7 on-call rotation. Key Qualifications: •Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and VMware. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication skills in English. •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. •Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals).
