وظيفة أخصائي حسابات مستحقة في لبنان We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented *Account Receivable Specialist* to manage and oversee all aspects of our accounts receivable processes. This role is key in ensuring that payments are received in a timely manner and that customer accounts are accurately maintained. *Responsibilities*: – Manage accounts receivable and ensure accurate and timely invoicing. – Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve payment issues. – Record and reconcile payments and credit transactions. – Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies. – Prepare reports on account balances and aging. – Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation. – Assist with other accounting tasks as needed. *Qualifications*: -BA in Accounting – Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role. – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. – Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel). – Good communication skills. – Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
