Exciting Career Opportunity at BCIMobile!
We’re looking for a dynamic Brand Manager (Mid-Level) to join our team in Amman, Jordan. Step into a role that places you at the heart of the Smart Lifestyle revolution.
Responsibilities:
– Ensure brand positioning aligns with market insights and our strategic vision.
– Integrate company strategy into brand-specific activities.
– Collaborate with the sales team to implement local strategies.
– Conduct cross-functional analysis for brand updates and financial oversight.
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide pricing strategies.
– Monitor and update brand pricing strategies, highlighting opportunities and risks.
– Formulate an Integrated Trade Marketing Plan in collaboration with the PR & Communications Manager.
– Develop and share creative briefs for brand initiatives.
– Oversee and coordinate the implementation of the brand’s communication plans.
– Participate in media planning within the Integrated Trade Marketing framework.
– Design and assess Trade Promotional Plans.
– Drive growth initiatives in the local market and track brand performance.
– Manage the marketing budget, ensuring financial efficiency.
– Plan and execute annual and quarterly trade marketing strategies with the Sales Department.
– Set campaign budgets, estimate returns, and strategize accordingly.
– Liaise with partners, distributors, and vendors.
– Manage product selection, inventory control, and pricing strategies.
– Launch and manage promotions, campaigns, and incentives.
– Define customer segments and lead customer engagement efforts.
Role Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
– Minimum of 4 years’ experience in brand management, marketing, or product management.
– Ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions and consumer needs.
– Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
– A creative and problem-solving mindset dedicated to achieving brand goals.
