Chief Accountant About the job The King Hussein Foundation is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Chief Accountant. This role involves overseeing the financial management of multiple projects, including daily transactions, budgeting, monitoring, and reporting in alignment with international standards and donor requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and manage annual budgets for various projects.
Produce regular financial reports for stakeholders.
Coordinate the preparation of internal and external audit documents.
Ensure strict compliance with finance policies and procedures. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
5-8 years of relevant experience (preferably within NGOs).
Fluency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
