Required Professional Skills: Dairy Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the dairy sector, particularly ice cream production. Must have held a managerial role such as Plant Manager (small facility) or Production Manager (large-scale facility). Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office, ERP, and MES systems to optimize operations and productivity.
