The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and expertise in networking, system maintenance, and security. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Manage IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of networking, system administration, and cybersecurity. ✅ Oversee Odoo ERP implementation, customization, and integration with business processes. ✅ Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems, biometric devices, and IT hardware. ✅ Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives. ✅ Monitor and optimize the ERP cycle for enhanced system efficiency. ✅ Provide technical support and ensure system reliability. ✅ Implement data security policies and industry best practices. ✅ Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements. Requirements: Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Odoo ERP system (implementation & customization). Expertise in networking, system maintenance, and IT security. Experience with CCTV systems, biometric devices, and hardware maintenance. Knowledge of cloud computing, database management, and cybersecurity is a plus. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
