An international consultations company located in Qatar is looking for : “ an experienced Project Manager” with expertise in ISO standards, OECD frameworks, and tax-related project implementation. This role is responsible for leading and managing complex projects within the tax administration and compliance domain, ensuring adherence to international best practices, regulatory requirements, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should also have a strong IT background, enabling them to oversee the integration of digital solutions and process automation in tax-related projects. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute tax-related projects, ensuring alignment with OECD guidelines, ISO standards, and regulatory frameworks. ISO & OECD Compliance Implementation: Oversee the adoption of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, etc.) and OECD tax principles, ensuring compliance with global tax policies and risk management frameworks. IT & Digital Transformation: Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital tax solutions, automation tools, and data security measures, ensuring seamless system integration. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal departments to facilitate smooth project execution and compliance with tax laws. Risk & Quality Management: Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses, and compliance reviews, ensuring that projects align with industry best practices and organizational objectives. Process Optimization & Reporting: Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track project performance, enhance operational efficiency, and provide insights to senior leadership. Budget & Resource Management: Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and vendor management, ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of initiatives. Training & Capacity Building: Develop and implement training programs to enhance stakeholder knowledge on ISO, OECD, and tax-related project frameworks.
