Job Title: Senior HR Officer Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior HR Officer to support and implement strategic HR initiatives, focusing on employee training and development. The role involves managing recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, payroll processing, and compliance with labor laws, ensuring a productive and positive workplace. Key Responsibilities: * Recruitment & Hiring: Manage job postings, review CVs, conduct initial interviews, and create shortlists of candidates. * Onboarding & Orientation: Coordinate orientation programs, company tours, and introductory training for new hires. * Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training programs, and maintain records of employee development. * Payroll Processing: execute payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. * HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, social security regulations, and internal policies. * Employee Records & HR Systems: Maintain accurate employee records. * HR Reporting: Prepare reports related to employee performance, training outcomes, and HR compliance. * Internal & External Coordination: Liaise with training centers, legal advisors, and internal department heads to ensure HR best practices. * Employee Relations & Support: Address employee inquiries regarding policies, payroll, and benefits.
