Role Description Natron Company is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR department. Reporting to the Head of HR, this role will assist with payroll, recruiting, scheduling, and training while serving as the primary liaison between HR and employees. This is a full-time on-site role located in Sulaymaniyah. Assist with recruitment, including resume screening, interview scheduling, hiring, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate onboarding and training sessions for new employees.
Maintain employee records, process documentation, and update the HR database.
Support policy development and ensure clear communication of updates to staff.
Manage HR inquiries, respond to employee concerns, and oversee the departmental email account.
Track attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.
Organize and maintain HR documentation, including contracts and reports. Qualifications Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
