وظيفة مساعد مالي لدى Questel في تونس Financial Assistant About the job Financial Assistant, Client Billing Key Responsibilities As part of our Client Billing team you will work as a Financial Assistant. You Will Be Involved In The Following Activities ü Complete processing of the project sheet for customer orders within the ERP system ü Invoicing and issuance of customer credit notes ü Respond to financial and contractual requests ü Collaboration and intermediary with teams in English internationally (Sales, Accounting, PM, Support, etc) ü Monitoring, analysis, and document management: managing the filing and archiving process ü Preparing different reports/analysis based on a defined set of data in excel ü Intensive communication in English both internally as well as externally with suppliers and clients (day-to-day correspondence) The list of missions listed above is not exhaustive. Required Profile Education and experience: ü Fluent in English ü German and other languages appreciated ü 2 to 5 years of Sales Administration and/or accounting experience appreciated ü Experience in a similar position or with similar requirements, ü Experience in a multinational environment ü Experience Using An ERP Or Other Similar Software ü Ease using Excel ü Technical accounting and contractual knowledge Personal Attributes ü Very rigorous, organized, and a sense of priority ü Great adaptation skills and capacity to manage high stress situations ü General knowledge of sales administrative management of contracts ü Ability to analyse and synthesize ü Propose improvement measures ü Relational skills in dialogue with multi-country stakeholders ü Autonomous, dynamic, and dedicated ü Ability to adapt, integrate and learn quickly ü Team player ü High accuracy, excellent understanding of and ability to work easily with numbers, also under time pressure Capable of working independently تابع للوظائف على لمشاهدة جميع الوظائف الشاغرة على ثريدز اضغط شارك أصدقائك الخبر
