It’s all about people – “Be a team player, together we are stronger.” Job Overview: The Partnership Coordinator is responsible for supporting the partnership team by managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and maintaining accurate records. They play a crucial role in the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the partnership team. (Some of) What you will be doing: 1) Administrative Support: Manage the AM Portfolio Sheet daily by transferring new onboarded brands and updating Salesforce.
Respond to partnership emails and forward relevant information to stakeholders.
Prepare daily reports for the Head of Partnership, including missing IBAN, NCR Discount, Leads, and Opportunity reports.
Update the Influencer Sheet and arrange deliveries. 2) Financial Management: Monitor and manage the NCR sheet, including tracking and ranking NCR totals per AM.
Ensure all confirmed amounts are invoiced by Finance and uploaded to Salesforce. 3) Contract Management: Handle contract signing processes, including managing hard copies for legal review and soft copies for electronic signatures.
Update the contract monitoring sheet. 4) Sticker Distribution: Update and manage the sticker distribution sheets for both new and existing Snoonu partners.
Coordinate with drivers for sticker delivery. 5) Marketing Support: Create tabs and templates for all monthly marketing campaigns.
Manage driver requests and sticker deliveries for marketing purposes. 6) Brand and AM Assignment: Prepare and update the newly onboarded brand sheet, ensuring all necessary fields are completed.
Assign new brands to Account Managers monthly, ensuring all documents are uploaded to Salesforce. 7) Document Management: Update various document tracker sheets, including HR and partnership documents.
Ensure unique control numbers for each contract and maintain accurate records. 8) Leave Calendar Management: Update the leave calendar template as needed. 9) Salesforce Management: Regularly update Salesforce with commissions, AM assignments, targets, and emails for Finance/Operations.
Perform health checks on branch details and IDs, ensuring they match from Action Center.
Handle NCR uploads, newly onboarded brand assignments, and document management in Salesforce.
Address improvement and bug reports related to acquisition processes, commission approvals, dashboards, homepage data, interdepartmental processes, and tickets. 10) General Coordination: Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between different departments.
Act as a point of contact for any departmental issues or concerns.
Coordinate and facilitate departmental meetings and events. Attitude matters most but do you have any of these? Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Proficiency in using Salesforce and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of financial processes and document management.
