Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Experience Required: 2~3+ years Preferred Skills: Scrum methodology experience is a plus Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and process improvement. Experience with Scrum methodology is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Perform functional, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure software quality. Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with software development standards and best practices. Automate test cases where applicable to improve testing efficiency. Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement in testing processes.
