Technical BIM Architect (35 Years of Experience) We seek a talented and experienced Building Information Modeling (BIM) architect to join our team. * Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical BIM Architect with 35 years of experience to manage BIM modelling, create construction drawings, and coordinate technical aspects of architectural projects. This role requires strong collaboration across disciplines, with a focus on accurate compliance with industry standards. * Responsibilities: · Lead BIM modelling and cross-discipline coordination. · Prepare detailed construction drawings and technical package (RVT). · Resolve technical issues in collaboration with architectural, structural, site, and MEP teams. · Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations · Ability to handle project Submittals * Job Requirements · Good knowledge of Revit software · Proven working experience as an Architect · Strong imagination and the ability to think and create · BS degree in Architecture · Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Job Description · The BIM Architect will play a pivotal role in integrating BIM technologies into our architectural projects enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. · The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural and a demonstrated proficiency in BIM software and methodologies. · Create and maintain 3 D models using BIM software. · Review and coordinate Revit models. · Update Revit models through various stages (up to LOD 350). · Create family types. · Coordinate with members technical teams. · Review BIM models based on Project BIM EIR and BXP. · Attend internal coordination meeting. · Ability to create accurate Construction Drawings · Attentive to detail and have strong problem-solving abilities · Knowledge of relevant software and tools · Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and AutoCAD. · Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
