Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages and forwarding calls as necessary.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the office directory and ensure it is up to date
